We’re looking for an experienced Automation Lead to own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of workflow automation solutions using Camunda. This role will lead the translation of business processes into scalable, maintainable BPMN workflows and orchestration patterns that connect people, systems, APIs, and services across the organisation.
The successful applicant will bring strong hands‑on experience with Camunda, BPMN process modelling, workflow orchestration, and backend engineering.
They will be confident working with .NET, C#, REST APIs, event‑driven integrations, Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices. They will also provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, guide solution design, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver automation outcomes that are reliable, observable, and aligned to business priorities.
