Marketing Specialist - Communities

Location: Sydney CBD | 5 days onsite

Opportunity: Fixed-term full-time until March 2027 | Possibility for extension

Reports To: Marketing Manager – Communities – Seniors Living

The Opportunity

As Marketing Specialist – Communities, you will execute marketing campaigns across a portfolio of Aveo's priority retirement communities, supporting lead generation, sales tours and commercial outcomes. Working closely with the Marketing Manager – Communities and wider marketing team, you'll bring campaigns to life and help ensure every campaign delivers measurable results. Joining an award-winning Marketing team, you'll step into a well-established function with strong foundations and experienced colleagues.

Your Impact

• Execute local area marketing plans across a designated portfolio of Aveo communities, working closely with Marketing and Sales stakeholders
• Brief advertising artwork to external graphic designers and creative agencies, and manage artwork approvals with internal stakeholders
• Coordinate and support the sales team with the planning and delivery of onsite events such as Open Homes
• Draft and send database EDMs, event invitations and promotional offers through the CRM, and keep third-party property listings including Real Estate and Domain up to date
• Ensure marketing initiatives comply with relevant legislation and brand guidelines, following appropriate sign-off procedures
• Track LAM campaign budgets and report on campaign effectiveness using data, insights and Power BI, ensuring spend remains within approved budgets
• Work closely with Sales, Operations and external agencies to ensure marketing initiatives support business priorities, and maintain strong knowledge of the product offering within the portfolio

What you'll bring

• 3+ years’ marketing experience, ideally within property, residential, retirement living or a related sector
• A track record of executing marketing campaigns as part of a broader marketing team
• Confidence briefing creative agencies and designers, while managing and working within marketing budgets
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
• Experience with CRM platforms and reporting tools such as Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI (or similar)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to work with a range of stakeholders
• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to Aveo communities as required
