We're now looking for an IT Services Lead to take full ownership of our technology backbone - the systems, devices and platforms that keep our people connected and our business running.

\n

This is a true ownership role — full accountability for IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and our ServiceTitan platform, with the autonomy to fix what's broken and build what's missing.

About the Role

\n

As IT Services Lead, you will own end-to-end IT delivery across a 150+ person multi-trade home services business - hardware, software, network infrastructure, cybersecurity and vendor management.

\n

You'll also be our go‐to person for ServiceTitan, our CRM/field service platform - owning configuration, issue triage, user support and coordination with our implementation partners. Previous experience in using ServiceTitan will be advantageous but not essential.

\n

What you'll be responsible for:

\n

\n
• Manage IT infrastructure – network, internet, Wi‐Fi, servers and backups running smoothly
\n
• Own hardware & devices – laptops, tablets, mobile devices, printers and AV, end to end
\n
• Administer Microsoft 365 – accounts, licences, email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams
\n
• Run the helpdesk – resolve staff IT requests within SLA as primary point of contact
\n
• Own ServiceTitan – become the internal expert, triage issues and coordinate vendor projects
\n
• Drive improvement – scope and deliver IT projects, policies and best‐practice guides
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

We're looking for someone who is:

\n

\n
• Technically strong – deep knowledge of M365, networking and cybersecurity fundamentals
\n
• Operationally sharp – knows how to run a helpdesk and IT projects at the same time
\n
• A clear communicator – translates technical issues into plain business language
\n
• Hands‐on and driven – not afraid to get into the detail and resolve issues personally
\n
• Self‐directed – does not wait to be told, identifies issues and acts
\n

\n

Ideal Background:

\n

\n
• 5+ years' experience – in an IT management or senior systems administration role
\n
• CRM/FSM platform experience – ServiceTitan, Salesforce, Simpro or similar highly regarded
\n
• Field workforce experience – supporting a mobile/field workforce of 100+ users preferred
\n
• Vendor management – proven ability to manage vendors and coordinate system implementations
\n
