Role Grade: SNSW Grade 2 - starting salary is $64375 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading
Location: Various Contact Centre locations Parramatta Newcastle Gosford Maitland and Lithgow

About the opportunity
Successful candidates will be placed onto a talent pool for potential placements in a Customer Concierge Operator (CCO) role.
The Customer Concierge Operator (CCO) helps our customers over the phone. Working from the Contact Centre youll answer calls and provide assistance advice source information and deliver customer support services for general enquiries.
Reasonable adjustments are available to support employees to perform the inherent requirements of the role.
Contact Centre hours vary between service offering. Your flexibility is to work with shifts available 7 days a week.
