About the role
This role is a chance to be on the front line of something different in our industry. The Plumbers Co-op isn’t just another merchant. We’re owned by plumbers, and we exist to serve them — not external shareholders. That means our success flows directly back to the people who make it possible: our members and our team.
As a Branch Manager, you will:
• Lead a great team and drive strong customer relationships
• Be hands-on in a dynamic role
• Build member connections — yes, including BBQs!
• Help grow the branch and be rewarded for it
We’re after people who are ready to lead, roll their sleeves up, and build on something they can be proud of. If you have leadership experience, have managed your own branch and team and are looking for something different - we’d love to hear from you.
You will be an inspiring leader who your team looks up to, you will lead by example in a professional manner and not be afraid to roll your sleeves up when required.
