The Role
We are looking for experienced Personal Care Workers to join our Gladswood Lodge residential aged care home in Brunswick West. Gladswood Lodge is a welcoming home supporting older Victorians with person-centred care, dignity and genuine connection.
We currently have casual opportunities available across AM, PM and Night Duty shifts. This role would suit Personal Care Workers who are looking for flexible casual shifts and are available to support the home across a range of days and shift times, including weekends.

Our Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are dedicated to helping older Victorians live their best lives, by delivering person-centred care that can only come from truly knowing the individuals they are supporting. The role of a PCW is exciting and diverse in our residential aged care homes. Each day is unique and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference to our residents.
