THE ROLE & THE TEAM

Our Sydney Workers Compensation team is looking for a solicitor with at least 1-year PQE to join our growing practice. Our team represents employers and insurers responding to the full spectrum of workplace injuries including major and minor orthopaedic, neurological, strain injuries, brain damage, catastrophic multi-injuries, exposure to hazardous substances, and psychological injury claims.

WHAT YOU BRING

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years PQE, as well as:

• Defendant experience within a well-regarded practice
• Experience advising on liability, quantum, and litigation strategy
• Strong litigation and research skills
• Willingness to participate in knowledge sharing and business development activities to enhance your skills
• Desire to grow and develop with our team
• An ability to build effective working relationships with clients
