The Opportunity \n
We are looking for a Casual Medical Receptionist to join Bourke Street Clinic to be a key team member working collaboratively within the practice, providing high quality customer service all patients.This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the Centre, supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties.

Key Responsibilities \n
- \n
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into our Centre. \n
- Collecting & entering patient details into the database. \n
- Scheduling appointments (when required). \n
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries. \n
- Administration support and other ad hoc duties. \n
Our Ideal Candidate \n
To excel in this role, you'll possess:

- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage. \n
- Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner. \n
- Detail-orientated. \n
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise. \n
- Knowledge of Pracsoft/Medtech is an advantage. \n
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently. \n
- Neat and professionalpresentation. \n
