Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead exceptional operations: Manage the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations across all outlets, ensuring exceptional quality, service, and operational excellence while delivering memorable guest experiences and achieving business objectives.
\n
• Enhance guest satisfaction and service excellence: Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements to elevate the guest experience
\n
• Drive operational efficiency: Oversee the administrative and planning functions of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring smooth daily operations while implementing cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses
\n
• Elevate quality and service standards: Support the delivery of exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, drive revenue, and maximize profitability
\n
• Inspire and develop the team: Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team
\n
• Drive innovation and business growth: Collaborate with the Marketing and Commercial teams to develop promotions, activations, and creative Food & Beverage initiatives that enhance guest experiences, increase revenue, and strengthen the hotel's market presence.
\n
• Champion operational excellence: Leverage your strong Food & Beverage experience to maintain exceptional service standards, continuously enhance our dining and beverage offerings, and create memorable experiences for every guest
\n
• Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member well-being

In Addition, This Role Requires The Following Minimum Qualifications

\n

\n
• Have a minimum of 12 months of full Australian Working rights (sponsorship is not offered)
\n
• Physically based in the Perth Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate
\n
• Previous leadership experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior hospitality leadership role.
\n
• Preferred experience leading bar operations within a premium hotel or hospitality environment.
\n
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
\n
• Demonstrated commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets, payroll, labour costs, and revenue performance.
\n
• A passion for creating exceptional guest experiences and continuously improving service standards.
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
\n
• Creativity, innovation, and a genuine passion for Food & Beverage.
\n
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
