Occupational Therapist

As our #AAA team continues to grow were looking for an Occupational Therapist to support participants across the Nowra region depending on where youre based!

In this role you will:

• Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services
• Assess participants developmental cognitive emotional psychological and physical function and capacity through clinical observations and standardised assessments
• Interpret findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each participant
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help participants enhance their quality of life and meet their goals
• Maintain awareness of current legislation to ensure compliance

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Current Occupational Therapy membership with AHPRA
• Passionate about communitybased support for people with disability
• Thrives in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment
• Time management & organisational skills to manage varied caseload
