Here’s how you will make a difference in this role…

In this role, you’ll help improve our digital experiences, customer journeys, analytics and MarTech. You’ll identify opportunities, test ideas and turn insights into measurable results.

At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference. Your key responsibilities in this role will include:

• Lead digital optimisation across websites, landing pages and customer journeys.
• Use data and customer insights to improve engagement, conversion and experience.
• Drive A/B testing, personalisation and content optimisation using Adobe Target.
• Help optimise our Adobe Experience Platform and MarTech ecosystem.
• Turn analytics into clear actions and business outcomes.
• Work with teams across Marketing, IT, Sales, Commercial, Operations, Compliance and Legal.
• Manage complex digital and MarTech initiatives.
• Coach and support a direct report.

To be considered for this role you will have: You’ll have a strong background in digital marketing, digital optimisation, online channels or MarTech, with a mix of analytical, commercial and problem-solving skills.

Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in digital or a related field.
• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics or similar tools.
• Experience with analytics, tagging and data collection tools.
• Confidence working with data, segmentation and performance metrics.
• Experience managing cross-functional digital or MarTech projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
