About the Role
\n
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic Club Attendants to join our team. In this customer-focused role, you will deliver exceptional service across food and beverage, gaming, member services and general club operations.
\n
Working at either Birrong Sports Club, Auburn Tennis Club, or both, you'll help create memorable experiences for our members and guests while contributing to a positive and professional team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing friendly, professional service across gaming, bar, bistro, and floor areas \n
- Assisting with day-to-day venue operations and maintaining presentation standards \n
- Engaging with members and guests to create a positive experience \n
- Handling enquiries and resolving issues with a customer-first approach \n
- Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative environment \n
- Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, and venue procedures \n
- Own car and reliable transport required due to limited public transport access after hours \n

About You

- Must have previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or customer service \n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn \n
- Reliable and adaptable in a fast-paced environment \n
- Well-presented with a professional approach \n
- A valid RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain) \n
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays \n
