Barista - Sydney

$27.98 25% casual loading fee

  • Variety working in this multi-Site role.

The Compass Group Casual Pool team are currently recruiting a Barista for our NSW POOL:

THE POSITION

  • Utilise your solid understanding of coffee brewing methods and grind adjustment to create a variety of coffees.
  • Speed efficiency and A quality is vital as is the ability to set adjust correct machine and grinder settings.
  • Maintain coffee stocks and ensure your space is clean.
  • Responsible for cleaning maintenance and daily step down of machine.

THE PERSON

  • Excellent communication with superior customer service skills.
  • Were after an experienced Barista who is comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees with speed!
  • Barista Qualifications mandatory.
  • Currently hold or be willing to obtain a National Police check Working with childrens check and an RSA.
