Job description

As our Clinical Coordinator youll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day clinical operations of the practice. Youll work closely with the Practice Manager and clinical team to ensure everything runs smoothly while continuing to provide chairside support when needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the day-to-day clinical workflow
  • Supporting and mentoring the Dental Assistant team
  • Assisting with onboarding and training new team members
  • Maintaining clinical standards and infection control protocols
  • Managing stock levels and clinical supplies
  • Providing chairside dental assisting and clinical support as required
  • Assisting with dental assisting duties to support the team during busy periods and leave coverage
  • Working collaboratively with the Practice Manager and clinicians to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Qualifications :

Youll be an experienced Dental Assistant with strong organisational skills and a passion for supporting your team.

Ideally youll have:

  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant
  • A Certificate IV in Dental Assisting (desirable) or a willingness to complete one
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • A proactive positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
