The Opportunity \n

We’re seeking skilled Civil Construction Labourers to join our team, working on major projects in Sydney’s Southwest. This is a full-time, permanent role offering long-term stability and a strong pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities \n

We are seeking Civil Construction Labourers to carry out a variety of manual labouring tasks on-site including:

    \n
  • Preliminary Works : Assisting with site setup and preparation.
    • \n
  • Pavement Construction : Laying and finishing pavements to specifications.
    • \n
  • Conduits & Subsoils : Installing conduits and subsoil drainage systems.
    • \n
  • Pit Rendering : Applying rendering to pits as required.
    • \n
  • Fencing : Installing and maintaining fencing around work sites.
    • \n
  • Drainage : Assisting with the installation and maintenance of drainage systems.
    • \n
  • Finishing Works : Completing final site finishing tasks.
    • \n
  • General Labouring : Supporting general site duties as needed.
    • \n

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has: \n

    \n
  • Prior experience in the construction industry is highly valued
    • \n
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team
    • \n
  • Physically capable of performing the role’s duties
    • \n
  • A construction white card
    • \n
  • Valid Driver’s Licence with flexibility to travel between job sites
    • \n
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards
    • \n
  • A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
    • \n
