So, what's the role all about?

As part of the Presales team, the AI Presales Engineer will work closely with Sales on discovery calls, technical deep dives, demos, and POCs, acting as a trusted advisor who bridges technology and business value

\n

The Agentic Solution Sales Team combines an overlay and a hunter sales capacity to support advanced, AI solution sales cycles to accompany our CXone platform or be standalone.

\n

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of advanced digital and AI technologies such as conversational AI, IVA, knowledge management, agent assistance and more.

How will you make an impact?

• Partnering with the sales team to support strategic deals
\n
• Participatingin discovery calls and technical deep dives
\n
• Creating and delivering presentations and customized demos
\n
• Designing and recommending technical solutions aligned to customer needs
\n
• Analyzing customer requirements andprovidingtechnical guidance
\n
• Collaborating cross‐functionally on enhancements and customer requests
\n
• Providing technical support during the sales process
\n
• Staying current on the competitive landscape and performing comparisons
\n
• Providing internal technical training across teams
\n

Have you got what it takes?

• Experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or similar technicalpresalesrole
\n
• Experience in enterprise software within automation or contact center technologies
\n
• Strong JavaScript programming/scripting skills
\n
• Experience with low-code platforms and conversational AI is a plus
\n
• Strong presentation and communication skillsCreative and design-oriented mindset
\n
• Ability to quickly learn and explainnew technologies
\n
