You will play a key part in connecting our Clients and Candidates within specialist sectors of the Manufacturing industry.

If you're passionate about working with our existing clients and building new client relationships across theWhite Collar, Blue Collar AND / OR Trades divisions in the Industrial, FMCG, Corporate Services, Transport and Logistics, and Pharmaceutical sectors.

What will you be doing? \n

You will be supported by a national candidate database, existing clients to grow and develop, National PSAs, sophisticated recruitment tech, marketing campaigns that generate inbound leads, and leadership that understands how to scale consultants beyond the $500k+ billing mark.

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in our Sydney team, you will: \n

\n
• Manage the full 360 recruitment processes, from sourcing to placement, ensuring the highest quality of service and client satisfaction.
\n
• Managing a hybrid desk of Temporary and Permanent placements with existing, lapsed and new clients
\n
• Develop and manage client relationships within the White Collar, Blue Collar or Trades spaces
\n
• Drive business development and sales efforts to expand our client base.
\n
• Attend client functions, networking events, and industry-specific forums to build your network.
\n
• Work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a passionate team.
\n

What do you need? \n

You will enjoy working in a High performance team, be passionate about recruitment and supporting both your candidates and client’s needs. You will take pride in your own personal brand and strive to deliver excellence on a daily basis.

Experience required: \n

\n
• Experience in delivering the full recruitment lifecycle
\n
• Proven sales, business development and Account Management skills.
\n
• A Passion for supporting our candidates throughout pre and post placement
\n
• Existing networks or potential sales channels (advantageous).
\n
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create sales opportunities.
\n
• High level of customer service and relationship management skills.
\n
• Team and customer‑centric approach to work.
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Willingness to work in a fast‑paced, upbeat environment - your peers are passionate, fun, engaged and love what they do!
