Reporting to the Data Insights & Reporting Manager, we're looking for an experienced Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our ICT team and play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise-wide reporting and analytics solution.

\n

This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing, developing, and supporting scalable Business Intelligence solutions across Microsoft's modern data platform and SAP reporting environments.

\n

The role also requires strong business engagement, partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to understand business processes and requirements, and translating them into robust data models, scalable reporting and analytics solutions

What's the Scoop?

\n

\n
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise Business Intelligence and reporting solutions
\n
• Strong experience with Microsoft BI technologies including SQL Server, Power BI, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Data Factory, Power Apps and Microsoft Fabric
\n
• Strong coding skills with advanced SQL (stored procedures, functions, query optimisation) and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python.
\n
• Experience designing data models and end-to-end reporting solutions
\n
• Exposure to SAP reporting and analytics platforms (SAP BI/BW, SAP S/4HANA or similar)
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and business engagement skills
\n
• Experience working on technology or business transformation projects
\n
• The ability to translate complex technical concepts into business language
\n
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
\n

What You'll Bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business or a related discipline
\n
• Microsoft BI certification (highly regarded)
\n
• Minimum 8 years' experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or Data Warehousing
\n
• Experience working within FMCG, Manufacturing or similarly complex operational environments will be highly regarded
\n
• Ability to travel to our reginal sites in Colac where required
\n
