A core Client Segment within Aon Risk Solutions, Corporate & Global specializes in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of National and top ASX listed businesses, including major multinational organisations.

The Client Manager is responsible for service delivery for a key portfolio of Global & Corporate clients and is considered a key driver to our long-term growth ambitions in this segment.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon Sydney offices.

The role \n

• Working with Aon colleagues to provide exceptional service and delight two ASX 100 clients, both global leaders in their respective industries.
\n
• End to end client management across renewals, claims, global program and daily service needs.
\n
• You will be supported by a well-established ecosystem of colleagues with multiple layers of support at strategic and operational levels, including a dedicated multinational program expert.

Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success \n

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients. Key requirements include:

• Extensive experience within the Insurance market managing a portfolio of client, experience in retail clients and multinational service delivery will be beneficial
\n
• Strong technical understanding of a broad range of Insurance products and risk solutions
\n
• Experience in handling large claims
\n
• Excellent cross selling abilities
\n
• A high level of understanding of client profitability
\n
• A keen entrepreneurial spirit and flare for business development
\n
• Exceptional and pro-active client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients
\n
• Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point products
\n
• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills with exceptional communication abilities
\n
• A high degree of resilience and an outcome focused approach.
