We are seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Club Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our venue and lead our team in delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Essential Requirements
\n
- \n
- Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (mandatory). \n
- Minimum one (1) year of relevant experience as a Licensed Club Manager or in a similar management role. \n
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. \n
- Sound knowledge of liquor licensing, gaming legislation, workplace health and safety, and hospitality operations. \n
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. \n

Key Responsibilities

- \n
- Plan and supervise bar, restaurant, and function services. \n
- Plan, book, and supervise sporting, gaming, and entertainment activities. \n
- Supervise security arrangements and property maintenance. \n
- Arrange member subscriptions and maintain membership records where applicable. \n
- Observe and ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, health, and other relevant laws and regulations. \n
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements. \n
- Compile and organise the distribution of newsletters and other communications to keep members informed of upcoming events and available facilities. \n
- Assess and review member satisfaction and preferences to improve services and customer experience. \n
- Liaise with community groups sponsored and supported by the club. \n
- Select, train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency. \n
