About the Role

\n

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Tory Burch across Australia.

\n

This is a highly visible role with a strong focus on Public Relations (PR), brand communications and luxury brand experiences. You will be responsible for building brand awareness, strengthening media relationships, managing influencer partnerships, and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that reinforce Tory Burch's premium positioning.

\n

Working closely with regional and global teams, retail operations and external agencies, you'll ensure all marketing initiatives align with the brand's global vision while supporting commercial growth across the Australian business.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy for Tory Burch Australia.
\n
• Lead all Public Relations (PR) activities, including media relations, editorial opportunities, press communications, influencer engagement and product seeding.
\n
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, fashion editors, influencers, stylists and key industry partners.
\n
• Plan and execute luxury brand events, store openings, VIP activations and customer experiences.
\n
• Develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM and retail channels.
\n
• Partner with regional and global marketing teams to localise international campaigns for the Australian market.
\n
• Work closely with Retail Operations to drive customer engagement, boutique traffic and commercial performance.
\n
• Manage relationships with creative, PR and media agencies.
\n
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse customer insights and provide recommendations to maximise results.
\n
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure all activities are delivered on time and within budget.
\n
• Ensure all marketing and PR initiatives reflect Tory Burch's luxury positioning and global brand standards.

About You

\n

You are a creative and commercially minded marketing professional who understands the importance of storytelling, brand reputation and exceptional customer experiences.

\n

You'll bring:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar senior marketing role.
\n
• Experience within luxury fashion, premium retail, beauty, jewellery or lifestyle brands.
\n
• Strong experience leading Public Relations and brand communication initiatives.
\n
• Established relationships with media, influencers, agencies and industry partners.
\n
• Experience planning and delivering luxury events, product launches and VIP experiences.
\n
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and customer engagement strategies.
\n
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to measure campaign success.
\n
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• A collaborative, proactive and results-driven approach.
