The Opportunity

We are currently seeking enthusiastic Practice Nurse to join our dedicated team in Morley. This Casual role offers a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a collaborative team of experienced nurses and general practitioners, delivering high-quality, patient-focused care in a supportive and inclusive environment. This is a great chance to contribute to a purpose-driven organisation that puts both patients and staff at the heart of everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
\n
- \n
- Administering immunisations and managing post-vaccine observations \n
- Triage and prioritisation of emergency situations \n
- Supporting GPs with minor surgical procedures \n
- Maintaining accurate patient clinical data \n
- Wound care, including dressings and suture removal \n
- Providing patient education and coaching to support health outcomes \n
- Contributing to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented practice culture \n

About You
\n
We're looking for nurses who are passionate about patient care and committed to working as part of a collaborative clinical team. You'll bring:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse \n
- Previous experience in General Practice or an acute care setting \n
- Strong time management and organisational skills \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills \n
- A warm, patient-focused attitude and a team-first approach \n
