Location: Liverpool or Campbelltown
Duration: Full-time 12-month fixed term with the potential for extension
About the Role:
This full-time traineeship is a great opportunity for someone whos looking to build a career in Community Services. Youll work alongside experienced professionals while completing your Certificate III in Community Services gaining hands-on experience in supporting individuals and engaging with the local community.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting participants upon their arrival
Assisting participants with scheduling appointments job search and any general enquiries
Entering data into various systems
Drafting resumes for participants
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to internal policies and procedures
Support the team with administrative tasks data entry reporting inbound and outbound calling
About You:
Enthusiastic about helping others and making a difference with a people-focused approach
Eager to learn and committed to completing the Certificate III in Community Services
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised reliable and a team player
Professional and friendly phone manner
Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office email online forms)
No prior experience required
Recent HSC graduates are encouraged to apply
Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
Be eligible to work in Australia
Be able to work full-time hours onsite Monday to Friday

To be eligible for this traineeship you must:
Hold Australian work rights
Not already hold a qualification equal to or higher than Certificate III in Community Services
Be able to commit to full-time work and study
