Job Description

We are looking for anOccupational Therapist with to lead our Penrith team of clinicians across Western Sydney.

In this role you will:

• Build a collaborative, supportive team environment that drives high-quality clinical outcomes
• Support graduate and early career Occupational Therapistthrough clinical supervision, mentoring and professional development
• Provide leadership across scheduling, referral allocation and workflow optimisation
• Manage your own reduced caseload and deliver timely, high-quality therapeutic services

Qualifications

To be successful you will have:

• Current Certified Practising Membership with AHPRA
• Leadership capability with experience guiding and supervising clinicians
• Strong organisational skills to balance leadership duties with a varied caseload
• Proactive approach with a focus on improvement and trying new ideas
• Experience delivering high-quality services within the disability sector
