What You'll Do
Role
As a Team Member or Supervisor, you'll play a key role in creating the warm, premium Koko Black experience our guests love. Depending on your role, you'll:
- Deliver genuine, high-energy service and hospitality
- Create a beautiful store environment through premium product presentation
- Support the daily flow of store operations with positivity and pace
- Help with onboarding and training new team members (Supervisors)
- Lead zones of the shift and keep the team motivated (Supervisors)
- Bring your availability and reliability - especially during key trade times!

- You love fast-paced, customer-facing environments
- You're friendly, energetic, and thrive in a team
- You're flexible and available across weekdays, weekends, and holiday periods
- You're detail-oriented and love beautiful product and presentation
