This opportunity is best suited to those who are looking for on-site based career as a Site Manager.

About the program:
Our Site Supervisor Cadet program aims to develop the construction Site Manager of the future by providing you with the opportunity to explore every facet of a construction business. Over the course of the 18-month program you will be given time in all key departments of the business such as Business Development Design Project Management Safety and Site Management. You will receive real-world exposure to industrial construction on live projects via a combination of time spent at head office and on site and access to supportive mentors and internal/external training programs.
About you:
At least 1 year of previous experience in an on-site role will be very highly regarded
Trade experience highly regarded especially Carpentry or Plumbing
Completed or currently completing a Cert. IV or Diploma in Building & Construction
A high degree of integrity and a team player
A positive attitude enthusiasm energy and a willingness to learn
Capable and willing to assist with the physical demands of a site based role
Confident and effective communicator
A valid Drivers License
Permanent Resident at the time of application
