About The Role \n
As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities Will Include \n
- \n
- Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting) \n
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers \n
- Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs \n
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour \n
- Maintaining accurate documentation \n
- Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team \n
What We’re Looking For \n
- \n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent \n
- Passion for aged care and helping others \n
- Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player \n
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude \n
