The Wharf Restaurant & Bar offers diners and event guests a relaxed dining space overlooking one of Australias most iconic views. Seating approximately 120 the venue attracts pre- and post-theatre diners as well as being a popular bar in its own right drawing consistent patronage from the general public thanks to its spectacular views great food and relaxed friendly environment.We are currently looking for a permanent Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team and be part of this vibrant and dynamic venue.
