You will be responsible for providing logistics support, including the safe receiving and dispatching of stock, while leveraging your expert product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients will be essential as you explore new opportunities for them. Supported by the extensive Elders network, you will have access to the necessary tools and resources to grow and advance in your career.ResponsibilitiesGrow your customer portfolio by building trusted relationships and becoming a valued partner to local rural businesses.Drive sales and uncover new opportunities by connecting customers with the right Elders products, services and solutions.Make an impact in your local community by helping customers succeed and contributing to the growth of the branch.Deliver a great customer experience from enquiry and quoting through to sales, order fulfilment and delivery.Keep the branch moving by supporting stock management, receiving, storage and safe dispatch of rural products.Be part of a hands-on team where your initiative, reliability and commercial mindset are valued.About YouThrive in a collaborative working environment and enjoy working as part of a team.Passionate about making a positive impact for clients and the community.Possess technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to effectively support clients.Experience in sales and possess strong retail skills.Capable of delivering high levels of customer service and cultivating relationships with current and prospective clients.Hold a valid driver’s licenseA heavy rigid truck license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.A forklift license is preferred, with support available to obtain one.About EldersAs a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for over 185 years.
