Christmas is our busiest, most exciting and rewarding time of the year, and we're looking for enthusiastic people to join our team as Christmas Casual Sales Assistants.

This is a fixed-term opportunity through to 17 th January 2027, offering flexible shifts throughout the festive season.

What you'll be doing

As part of our Christmas team, you'll:

• Help customers find the perfect jewellery or watch while delivering exceptional, personalised customer service.
• Build confidence, retail skills and product knowledge through on-the-job training and eLearning.
• Maintain beautiful product displays, replenish stock and ensure the store is presented to the highest standard.
• Work alongside an experienced team during the busiest and most exciting retail season of the year.

• Love working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
• Are friendly, confident, reliable and eager to learn.
• Enjoy achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Take pride in creating beautifully presented stores.
• Can work flexible shifts, including weekends, late nights, public holidays, Boxing Day and throughout the Christmas and New Year trading period.
