You'll be a key business partner to operations, building capability across the site, influencing leaders, and creating a strong culture of accountability, compliance, and quality thinking.What You'll Be DoingAs the site's Quality manager, you'll:Lead and champion site quality, food safety, and compliance programs.Build quality capability within the Site Leadership Team and frontline workforce.Drive implementation and continuous improvement of the Goodman Fielder Quality Management System (QMS).Partner with operational leaders to proactively identify risks and implement sustainable solutions.Lead customer, regulatory, and third-party audits, ensuring successful outcomes.Oversee HACCP, internal audit, complaint management, corrective actions, pest management, cleaning and hygiene programs.Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics to drive improvements and reduce risk.Support new product introductions and site change programs to ensure food safety and quality requirements are met.Facilitate Management Review and HACCP meetings, ensuring actions are completed effectively.Develop and execute site quality plans aligned with regional and national quality strategies.Foster a strong "Never Walk By" culture where quality ownership is embedded across the site.About YouWe're looking for an influential people leader who combines strong technical expertise with a practical, hands-on approach.You will bring:Tertiary qualifications in Food Technology, Food Science or a related discipline.Minimum 5-7 years' experience in a Quality Leadership role within FMCG manufacturing.Strong knowledge of food safety, HACCP, quality systems, regulatory and customer requirements.Experience managing customer, consumer, regulatory and quality-related incidents.Proven success developing, implementing and improving Quality Management Systems.External and internal auditing experience.Strong problem-solving, risk assessment and root-cause analysis capabilities.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the business.Strong project and change management capability.A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and delivering results.Why Join Us?At Goodman Fielder, you'll have the opportunity to:Be a key member of the Site Leadership Team.Influence site culture and business performance.Work with some of Australia's most recognised food brands.Join a collaborative and supportive Quality network across ANZ.Drive meaningful improvements in food safety, quality and operational excellence.Access to career development opportunities and employee benefits program including access to fitness passport and health insurance discounts.Ready to make a real impact?If you're passionate about food safety, quality excellence, and leading change in a fast-paced FMCG environment, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and help us continue making everyday food better for everyone. #J-18808-Ljbffr
