Sheet Metal Fabricator / Boilermaker / Mechanical Fitter

Crestmead, Brisbane QLD | $50–$52 per hour + overtime | Day Shift | Immediate Start

Austcorp Executive is currently seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Fabricator, Boilermaker or Mechanical Fitter to join a busy workshop based in Crestmead . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the tools and wants to work as part of a tight-knit team of around 12 people.
The Role \n
- \n
- Workshop-based position in Crestmead \n
- Day shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm \n
- Regular overtime available — typically at least 2 hours per day \n
- Work primarily with stainless steel and mild steel \n
- Fabrication, welding, fitting and general workshop duties \n
- Work as part of a team of approximately 12 people \n
- Report directly to Jason \n
- Immediate start available — can commence Monday \n
About You \n
We're open to candidates from a few different trade backgrounds. You could be:

- \n
- Sheet Metal Fabricator \n
- Boilermaker \n
- Mechanical Fitter with strong welding/fabrication skills \n
\n
The key requirement is that you are still hands-on and confident on the tools .
\n
Experience working with food processing equipment, meatworks or abattoir environments would be highly regarded and may attract the top end of the pay range.
