The Contract Administrator is a full-time hybrid role based in the Greater Newcastle Area, with some flexibility for work from home. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and administering contracts across commercial and residential projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include managing contract documentation, tracking variations, monitoring budgets, and supporting project managers with procurement and subcontractor agreements. The Contract Administrator will liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers to clarify contract terms, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records and reporting. The role also involves supporting tender processes, contributing to risk assessments, and helping improve contract administration procedures.
