Residential Aged Care Physiotherapist — Mobility & Rehab

Plena Healthcare in Australia is seeking a Casual Physiotherapist to join our Residential Aged Care team, delivering mobility and functional programs, care plan reviews, one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing services.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team across RAC and community settings, bringing General AHPRA registration, current checks, a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within a dedicated region.
