The Opportunity :

Come and join our team! We are seeking Community Disability Supports Worker located across our accommodation homes in Glenroy Wollert and Epping. You will be responsible for support a customer with daily living tasks supporting them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following :

  • Providing support in everyday daily activities around the home
  • Providing support with hygiene and personal care
  • Assistance support and chaperoning activities outside the home environment
  • Assisting with medication compliance which may include the dispensation of prescription medication
  • Meal assistance which may include meal preparation
  • Assistance with transfers requiring manual handling

To be successful in this role you will have :

  • Experience as a Disability Support Worker
  • Drivers Licence reliable vehicle and comprehensive car insurance
  • NDIS Clearance First Aid 3 yrs) CPR 12 months) & National police clearance or willingness to obtain
  • What shifts are we offering

    Shifts vary from day to day but will look like the following :

  • MondaySunday 6.30am3.30pm or 7am2pm
  • MondaySunday 2pm8pm
  • MondaySunday 3.30pm6.30am (including sleepover)
