Als Tischler:in oder Schreiner:in bei JML Joinery startest du den Tag in der Werkstatt in Seven Hills – Zusammenbauen, Schleifen, Finishing – und gehst dann entweder auf Montage oder fertigst Projekte in der Werkstatt fertig. Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf gewerblicher Maßschreinerei: Shopfittings, Ladeneinbauten und individuelle Gewerbeprojekte. Du arbeitest direkt mit 5 Kolleg:innen zusammen und wirst von einem erfahrenen Supervisor begleitet. Zusatzkenntnisse in Polsterarbeiten, Aluminium- und Glasverarbeitung oder Massivholzbau sind ein klarer Pluspunkt.

Die Arbeitszeiten sind Montag bis Freitag von 7:00 bis 15:30 Uhr – Überstunden können vorkommen, sind aber freiwillig und werden mit dem 1,5-fachen Stundensatz vergütet. Stahlkappenstiefel sollten mitgebracht werden, weitere PSA wird vom Unternehmen gestellt. Eigene Handwerkzeuge sind Pflicht, Elektrowerkzeuge werden gestellt.

Das Team arbeitet von der Werkbank bis zur Installation alles selbst ab – von der Fertigung im Workshop bis zur Montage direkt beim Kunden vor Ort, quer durch ganz Sydney.
