An opportunity has become available for an experienced Site Manager to join a well established mechanical contractor delivering projects across commercial, defence and critical environments in Darwin.

You will manage the day to day delivery of mechanical projects, working closely with the Project Manager and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders.

The Role

• Manage day to day site and project activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site resources
• Monitor project schedules, budgets and progress
• Manage client and stakeholder communication
• Oversee procurement, variations and project costs
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to project requirements
• Provide regular updates and reporting to the Project Manager and senior management

About You

• Experience in Site Management, Site Supervision or Project Supervision
• Mechanical, HVAC or building services background
• Strong subcontractor and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of project programs, budgets and cost control
• Relevant trade or tertiary qualification
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Experience across Defence, commercial, healthcare or critical environments will be highly regarded.
