The Role \n
As the Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales, exceeding company KPIs, and inspiring a talented sales team. We need a go-getter who thrives working independently and loves styling up a storm. Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering personalised styling advice \n
- Implementing visual merchandising standards to create an engaging and inspiring store environment \n
- Training and developing your team to ensure exceptional service and performance \n
- Being the face of the store, providing a memorable shopping experience for every client \n
Skills & Requirements \n
- \n
- 2-3 years of experience in retail management, ideally in apparel \n
- A proven ability to deliver personalised styling experiences and a love for styling up a storm \n
- Strong communication skills \n
- Previous experience in concession management is a plus \n
- High energy and a vibrant personality \n
- Experience managing budgets and KPIs, and achieving company targets \n
- Attention to detail with strong visual merchandising skills \n
