About The Role

\n

We're seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our Sydney CBD + Surrounding teams at HOKA for our Holiday period! Join an energetic team passionate about footwear in fast-paced, community-focused retail environment.

As a Sales Assistant, You'll

\n

\n
• Deliver outstanding customer service
\n
• Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
\n
• Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
\n
• Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
\n
• Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
\n
• Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers
\n

\n

Skills And Experience

\n

\n
• Full availability from Mid-November 2026 to Mid-February 2027 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day.
\n
• Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
\n
• Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
\n
• Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
\n
• Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
\n
• Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
