The Role:

\n

Due to growth, our client are hiring a Facilities Manager for their team. The role will manage a portfolio in Bankstown and candidates with industrial or retail experience will be very well received.

\n

You will work within a company that is known for their team collaboration and good culture.

\n

The role will require you to be on site in Bankstown 5 days per week and you will report into the Head of Facilities Management.

\n

Your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:

\n

• Responsible for all reactive and preventative maintenance of the portfolio
\n
• Manage subcontractor relationships and plan suitable maintenance to a high standard for safety quality and cost
\n
• Conduct site inspections and ensure works are carried out effectively
\n
• Ensure compliance of sites including maintaining AFSS and HVAC
\n
• Manage supplier relationships with consistent reviews of service level agreements and KPI's
\n
• Budget responsibility for maintenance costs
\n
• Provide technical advice along with working closely with WHS team to ensure compliance across the complex portfolio
\n

• Ideally experience as a Facilities management within industrial or retail property
\n
• Ability to commute to Bankstown 5 days per week
\n
• Good technical knowledge
\n
• Previous contractor management experience
\n
