As a BIG Merchandiser , you will manage an allocated territory, fostering relationships with key retailers. In this ongoing casual role, you’ll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.

\nAbout the Role \n

Territory: DAPTO and surrounds

\n
\n

Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)

\n
\n

Availability: Wednesday to Friday availability is essential; flexibility for Tuesday is highly regarded.

\n
\n

Essential: Driver licence and car

\n
\nKey Responsibilities \n
\n

\n
\n
• Driving strong relationships with store personnel
\n
\n
• Building and maintaining quality displays in store
\n
\n
• Negotiating promotional space
\n
\n
• Executing planograms
\n
\n
• Submit tasks & quality photos daily via smartphone/tablet
\n
\n
• Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
\n
\n
• Safely performing the physical requirements, including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
\n
\n

\n
\nSuccessful candidate will need \n
\n

\n
\n
• Supermarket, retail, pharmacy or liquor experience is highly desirable
\n
\n
• A current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle
\n
\n
• Strong & friendly communication, organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
\n
• An ability to work autonomously
\n
\n
• Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role
\n
\n
