The Enterprise AI Enablement team helps bring artificial intelligence solutions to life across our organisation. We work closely with business teams to identify opportunities, build practical AI-powered solutions, and support the responsible adoption of emerging technologies that improve ways of working and deliver meaningful business outcomes.

What role will you play?

\n

As a Senior AI Product Builder, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and design AI-powered solutions that address their needs. You will build, configure, and deploy AI agents, skills, and automation solutions using low-code and no-code tools, taking ownership from initial concept through to adoption and ongoing value delivery.

\n

You will collaborate across business and technology teams to drive alignment on solutions, support organisational change, and promote best practice for the responsible use of AI. You will also play an important role in mentoring colleagues, influencing stakeholders, and helping shape how AI capabilities evolve across the organisation.

What You Offer

• 7-10 years' experience in product management, business analysis, applied technology, AI enablement, or related roles within fast-paced delivery environments
\n
• Experience building, configuring, and deploying AI-powered solutions, agents, automation tools, or digital products using low-code and no-code platforms
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into practical, measurable AI and technology solutions
\n
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive outcomes across business and technology teams
\n
• A proactive and curious mindset, with experience supporting solution adoption, user engagement, testing, and change initiatives, alongside a strong understanding of governance and risk requirements within a regulated environment
