The Role:

As a Chef, your daily responsibilities will include:
\n
- \n
- Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation across both venues \n
- Ensuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared in a timely manner \n
- Utilising a variety of fresh, frozen and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menu \n
- Practicing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation procedures \n
- Assisting with menu changes when required \n

Successful Candidate:
\n
To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:
\n
- \n
- Previous experience within a fast paced commercial kitchen \n
- Availability to work any hospitality hours \n
- Ability to work well under a high pressure environment \n
- Brilliant communication skills to all team members \n
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery \n
