About the Role

As a Service Engineer, you'll be the front line of customer support, ensuring our equipment runs safely, smoothly, and efficiently throughout its serviceable life. You'll work hands-on across installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, and breakdown support — while also building strong relationships with customers within your territory.

This role will suit aMechanical Fitter with Restricted Electrical Licenseor anElectrician with strong automation and mechanical experiencewho thrives in a dynamic, problem-solving environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead safe installation support, commissioning, and reporting.
\n
• Provide remedial and routine maintenance, equipment audits, and customer training.
\n
• Diagnose and resolve breakdowns quickly and effectively.
\n
• Support spare parts preparation, drawings, and technical documentation.
\n
• Maintain accurate service reports and records.
\n
• Contribute to continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance systems and processes.
\n
• Travel interstate and internationally as required to support our global customer base.

What You'll Bring

• Trade qualification:Cert III Engineering – Mechanical TradeORElectrical Fitter Mechanic.
\n
• Strong automation and mechanical fault-finding skills (PLC I/O experience essential).
\n
• Ability to commission, test, and support high-speed packaging equipment.
\n
• A proactive, customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
\n
• Flexibility to travel (local, interstate, and international).
