Global Payroll Account Executive
About the role
Were looking for a talented and ambitious Account Executive who can both manage a high velocity sales cycle while also navigating a very strategic sales process. This role will be in Ripplings Global Products team based in Sydney and will cover the Australian market across all segments.
Youll help establish Rippling as a market leader working closely with sales and cross functional leadership to define and execute the Rippling playbook. This is a fast paced role that will accelerate career growth for an ambitious seller who can navigate a complex sales cycle.
What youll do
- Own the full sales cycle as a product expert on Ripplings Global capabilities
- Outbound excellence to define and execute on a territory strategy to generate opportunities in partnership with the SDR team
- Close business and achieve quota attainment consistently
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue
Qualifications
- 3 years quota carrying AE sales experience in SaaS markets selling B2B
- Experience of success (top 10% of sales org)
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM payroll or global payroll products
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment where there is constant growth and change
