About the role
As Senior Policy Officeryoullresearch and analyse complex policy issues develop evidence-based solutions andprovideexpert advice to support strategic a key role in ensuring policies are clearly understood and effectively implemented across the organisation.
Youllmanage stakeholder relationshipsmonitorpolicy outcomes and guide junior staff to deliver high-quality work. Your ability to prepare clear informative reports and briefs will support agency responses and government commitments.
About You
As a part of the Policy Review and Implementation team you will have the opportunity to work on broad sweeping whole of governmentreform that will have a meaningful impact on disasterimpactedcommunities within NSW.
You have strong experience in policy or policy reform development and implementation with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes. Youre confident working independently and making decisions that shape policy direction.
You are a clear communicator and collaborator with a talent for building stakeholder engagement and translating complex issues into practical solutions. Your leadership and analytical skills make you a trusted contributor to policy success.
Experience in Cabinet processes will be highly regarded.
Essential Requirements
Must be a current NSW Public Service Employee.
Tertiary qualification and/or relevant knowledge and experience.
