Hospitality Experience Coordinator

We are looking for a personable and detail-oriented Hospitality Experience Coordinator to assist clients with researching services coordinating arrangements and creating a smooth experience from the initial request through completion.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys customer service organization research and helping clients navigate different options based on their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities

Gather information about client preferences and requests

Research accommodations activities transportation and other available services

Assist with coordinating reservations and related arrangements

Communicate important information and updates to clients

Review confirmations and details for accuracy

Assist with modifications and special requests

Maintain organized client records and documentation

Follow up on outstanding information and upcoming arrangements

Coordinate with hospitality and service providers when needed

Provide responsive and professional client support

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong customer-service mindset

High attention to detail

Good organization and time-management abilities

Comfortable researching information online

Ability to learn new digital platforms and systems

Reliable professional and responsive

Previous hospitality customer service reservations or related experience is helpful but not required
