The Opportunity

This role is part of Micromine one of the specialist businesses within Weir Software Solutions. Youll play a pivotal role in expanding our presence across the worlds largest mining organisations identifying new opportunities building trusted executive relationships and securing enterprise-scale software agreements. This is a unique opportunity to combine your enterprise sales expertise with innovative technology that is transforming the mining industry.

The Impact Youll Have

• Develop and execute strategic account plans across Tier 1 mining organisations
• Identify qualify and close new enterprise software opportunities
• Present and position Micromines solutions to senior operational technical and executive stakeholders
• Build long-term customer relationships that drive growth retention and value creation
• Collaborate with Presales Product Marketing and Professional Services teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
• Represent the business at industry conferences trade events and customer engagements
• Contribute to revenue growth and market expansion within key global mining accounts

What You Need To Succeed

• Demonstrated success in enterprise software SaaS or technology sales
• Experience engaging with Tier 1 mining organisations and complex stakeholder environments
• Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to navigate long and complex sales cycles
• Excellent communication influencing and negotiation skills
• Experience applying structured sales methodologies to enterprise opportunities
• Ability to build credibility with executive and technical decision-makers
• A proactive resilient and results-oriented approach to business development and relationship management
