One of Melbourne's growing Managed Service Providers is seeking a passionate and driven Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our team, working with small and medium-sized clients. This is a Melbourne-based, on-site role.

Base pay range

A$100,000.00/yr - A$130,000.00/yr

- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer \n
- Experience with Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL \n

What you will be doing
\n
- \n
- Design, maintain, and optimize IT infrastructure; lead troubleshooting for software and hardware issues \n
- Collaborate with a dedicated team and Project Manager to identify opportunities to enhance and secure IT environments \n
- Support a diverse range of clients across multiple industries using Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL \n
- Manage, automate, and optimize infrastructure solutions \n

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Infrastructure Engineer \n
- Minimum 5 years experience in Azure, VMware, PowerShell, Microsoft Office, RMM and ITIL \n
- Ability to confidently use PowerShell for automation and integration \n
- Experience within a project setting and the ability to relay technical and non-technical information \n
- Driver's License \n
- Demonstrated ability to manage client communications \n
- Experience working within ITIL change management \n
- Ability to collaborate, effectively communicate and document processes for project members \n
