Desired Skills and Experience

\n

What your new jobs looks like

\n

As a Claims Consultant, you will work within our Claims Team focusing on end-to-end claims management, driving outstanding customer experience and delivering market leading claims servicethrough quality technical response. This position is offered on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract basis.

\n

The position is diverse, and includes the following key elements:

\n

Manage a portfolio of strata claims within agreed timeframes

\n

Ensure the delivery of a "Concierge" claims service on every claim

\n

Ensure regular and accurate reporting is provided to the Claims Managers

\n

Assist with overflow of claims matters from other branches

\n

Providing risk insights and guidance to the Underwriting team

\n

We'd love to meet you...

\n

Especially if you can talk to us about your:

\n

Minimum 2 years property claims experience, preferably strata

\n

Sound working knowledge of claims operationsand understanding of quality service standards

\n

Strong problem solving and ability to think analytically

\n

Comprehensive experience in dealing with loss adjusters, repairers, brokers, strata managers etc.

\n

Demonstrated high level of organisational and time management skills

\n

ANZIIF Cert IV or equivalent (or working towards), desirable but not essential

\n
